The Company has over 1500 customers and is growing at rates over 50%. It is well positioned in
the dynamic field of Internet Infrastructure and Cloud Computing in China.

In 2012, the Company was successful in its bid for 30Mhz of spectrum in the 2.3Ghz range in Hong Kong and was awarded a UCL license from Hong Kong OFTA. The Company is working with leading companies in the wireless industry to deploy services over this spectrum.

POSITION CHARTER:
This newly created role is in response to the company’s corporate strategy to lead business development in HK, who will require a highly motivated individual with the ability to initiate and expand business from startup, preferably someone with extensive technical and operational background in wireless, and some relationship with international strategic accounts.

RESPONSIBILITY:
• Coordinate marketing, product and technical teams to develop 3G/4G wireless data and voice services plan
• Manage development of High Level Architecture for 3G/4G deployment
• Track technical requirements that will support those services
• Develop Detailed Architecture, Test Architecture and Test plans
• Introduce new product/solution from leading players in this sector
• Develop international alliance, set up joint developed project with leading players in this sector
• Manage business relationships to effect the above

GENERAL SKILLS:
• Ability to focus on the critical issues while maintaining a view of the end to endpicture.
• Ability to juggle multiple requirements.
• Ability to write and communicate clearly and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a teamwork environment

QUALIFICATIONS:
• An advanced degree preferable
• Expertise in definition of broadband data services
• Experience in Wireless Network Architecture
• Understanding of UMTS, LTE, Messaging and VoLTE technologies and their capabilities
• Expert at 3GPP standards.
• Experience in implementing IMS services
• Experience in implementing MSC, VLR, HLR, SMSC
• Understanding of CSCF and HSS functions.
• Understanding of Policy control (PCEF, PCRF)
• Understanding of LTE elements (HSS, PDN-GW)
• Understanding of QoS techniques in LTE
