| Responsibilities |
Responsibility:
1.Generate ambitious and well-designed product strategy based on Internet Data Center.
2.Drive a product through its entire development cycle, from concept to launch, with a strong focus on details but never losing sight of the big picture.
3.Organize market research and business information analysis, Plan user testing，timely understanding of customer needs, competition situation, organize business information analysis
4.Design business model innovation and new product development, set and track the most relevant metrics to aproduct, identify ways to optimize them.
5.Help product-team work together smoothly and be its advocate to the rest of the staff; coordinate across teams and collaborate with management, customers, partners and other staff members when needed. |
| Requirements |
Desired Skills & Experience
1.Solid experience working in a product management capacity at a Telecommunications Or Internet company
2.More than 3 years of product-team management experience, have IDC product director post working experience is preferred.
3.A strong understanding of current Internet Data Center technologies and standards，familiar with Web industry development trends,
4.Strategic and holistic thinking to balance and prioritize short-term solutions with long-term vision
5.A strong design and usability sense driven by the ability to step into a user's shoes and advocate for them
6.Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills
7.A strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to rally internal support for ideas
8.Enthusiasm for working collaboratively on cross-functional teams and coordinating between them
9.Excellent leadership and communication skills
