Position Summary
The chief operating officer (COO) reports to the company board and CEO (chief executive officer) and is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth; expense/cost and margin control; annual financial goal management etc.
Responsibilities • Monitor and manage the company’s service and commercial activity, allocating company's resources in an efficient manner. • Evaluate the performance of each department to fulfill organizational requirements. • Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals. • Direct short-term and long-term planning and budget development to support strategic business goals. • Establish the performance goals, KPI, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management. • Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company services. • Direct and participate in company growth activities such as fund-raising and external partnerships to support overall business objectives and plans. • Participate in capital market development, including participation in road shows, bank meetings, analyst meetings, and more. • Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives; makes sure that a company's main policies and guidelines are being followed.

Requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills. • Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning. • Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and company board. • At least 20 years of experience, with 5 – 8 years in an executive level position. • Working in healthcare service industry a strong plus.
