Job Description:

They are looking for a legal counsel to join their Shanghai investment team.
You will involve in exciting investment deals work with china investment professionals.
You will be involved in investment deals and work closely with investment managers or partners in many aspects.
You will also handle related legal contract, compliance issues and outside legal counsel relationship.

You should have at least 5 year solid large corporate, law firm and PE/VC experience gained from reputable domestic law firms or international firms.
PRC bar is a plus but not a must.
You must be ambitious, business oriented, and flexible as you will work closely with the investment team.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin
